Yes, we will be requiring all eligible people to be vaccinated for COVID, including all available boosters! Let us know if this is an issue. Negative test results will not serve as alternatives for those who are vaccine eligible.
Currently we plan on having between 120 and 140 guests, we will update this number as we get closer to the date and have a more accurate idea of who will be able to join.
The ceremony will be held outdoors while the reception will have indoor and outdoor spaces, all attendees will be vaccinated (including most recent available boosters), so we will not be requiring masks but encourage you to wear one if you feel more comfortable, and will have masks and hand sanitizer avaliable throughout the venue.
If you have tested positive for COVID after March 25, 2022, we kindly request that you reach out to us and that you do not attend the wedding. We will definitely find a way to celebrate with you another time, but we also want to ensure the utmost safety of all guests. Thank you very much for your understanding!
For the ceremony, we would appreciate if our family and friends would enjoy the moment and let our photographer do the heavy lifting! During the ceremony we ask that everyone please silence and store all cameras and phones until the end. Before and after the ceremony are fair game of course! We are absolutely looking forward to seeing your photos from the reception, we only ask that you use our wedding hashtag (TBD-check back later!) so that we can find them all!
If you can please RSVP by March 9th, we would be very appreciative
Yes, both venues have free, accessible parking available! There is a large parking lot at the Seymour Marine Discovery Center and if you check our "Event Schedule" tab, there is a map of Harvey West park pointing out the free parking area next to the ceremony site.
We kindly request that you arrive at 1 PM for the 1:30 PM ceremony.
Our dress code is dressy casual / semi-formal, we want everyone to be comfortable but encourage you to dress up as you like! The ceremony will be outdoors and requires a short walk on natural terrain from the parking lot, so we don't recommend any spike heels! It might be chilly and we will be walking down the aisle rain or shine, so be prepared with your attire.
