FAQs

Question

Can I bring a Plus One?

Answer

As this will be a very intimate celebration, we are unable to accommodate plus ones. Save the Dates and Invitations will include the names of all invited guests. We truly appreciate your support!

Question

Are children invited to the wedding?

Answer

We have chosen to keep our wedding an adults-only event. We hope this allows you to fully relax, enjoy, and celebrate with us. Thank you for understanding and making arrangements in advance.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our Dress Code: Semi-Formal For men: A button-down shirt with khakis or dress pants, paired with loafers or dress shoes is the perfect look. For women: A midi dress with wedges, heels, or dressy flats would be lovely for the occasion.

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

March in Wisconsin means the very beginning of spring, just as the snow starts to melt and hints of green return! You can expect chilly weather and crisp air, with daytime temperatures averaging in the low 40s°F and evenings dipping down into the 20s–30s°F.

Question

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving by 3:45PM to allow time to park, find your seat, and get settled before the ceremony begins promptly at 4:00 PM.

Question

Will I be able to take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask for a fully present ceremony. No phones or cameras, please. We’ll be sharing professional photos soon after the wedding, and we’d love to see your smiling faces, not phone screens, as we say “I do.” Thank you for being in the moment with us!

Question

What time will the reception end?

Answer

Due to venue regulations, the party will wind down at 10:00 PM. But don’t worry, we’ll make the most of every minute on the dance floor and celebrate hard before the music fades!

Question

Will the reception be inside or outside?

Answer

Our ceremony and reception will take place in the stunning ballroom of The Ledgecrest Reserve. After the ‘I do’s,’ guests will enjoy cocktails while the room is transformed for dinner and dancing, so grab a drink and get ready to party!
