FAQs

Question

When should we RSVP?

Answer

By June 1, 2026. If you know before June 1, we kindly ask that you reply as soon as possible.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is black tie formal. Appropriate attire includes tuxedos, suits with ties or bow ties, and floor-length gowns/dresses. The dress code for the welcome party is semi-casual. Appropriate attire includes khaki pants, slacks, button-ups, polos, sport coats, short or long dresses, and jump suits.

Question

Any colors to avoid wearing?

Answer

Yes! We kindly ask that you do not wear a dress in a bridal color (white, off white, ivory, etc.) or anything that may appear white in photos (i.e. pale yellows, silvers, etc.).

Question

Is the wedding indoors?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be indoors in Downtown Nashville. Our welcome party is indoors, but with access to a patio overlooking the Cumberland River.

Question

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

There is limited street parking around the venue, but we encourage guests to utilize Uber and Lyft for our wedding day. If you need nearby parking, there is paid parking at the Music City Center. Additionally, if you are staying at one of our suggested hotels, many of those have parking options for guests.

Question

May I bring a plus one or my childern?

Answer

We will not be offering plus ones at this time. The names printed on the official invitation and/or listed when you RSVP through our website are the included guests for our wedding weekend. If someone in your party cannot attend, please let us know as soon as possible, as it allows us to extend an invitation to other people in our lives.

Question

Can I take photos on my phone during the ceremony?

Answer

Absolutely not! This is a phone-free ceremony. Please do not have your phone out or visible during the ceremony. Please do not take photos and videos during the ceremony. Photos taken by our wedding photographer will be shared with guests after the wedding.
