All reservations must be made prior to May 15, 2020 in order to get the group discount. The cancellation policy is 24 hours prior to arrival date. If you choose to book through the link provided, please make sure to first enter your date of arrival and departure, then you will see the group name and rates. You will not need t manually type in the code once you have selected May 29 - May 30 dates. The rates will automatically adjust. You may also call the hotel directly to book your room. If choosing you call directly, please ask for Front Desk and mention you are inquiring about booking a room for the Minnich Kulbeth wedding. Make sure they give you the discounted rate if calling directly. The rooms are blocked for Friday, May 29 and Saturday, May 30. If you are choosing to arrive prior to Friday, make sure to call directly so that the hotel can accommodate you accordingly. Rates are as followed: $99 for one king/two queens $112 for suites with sofa sleepers
