If you will be flying, the closest major airport is St. Louis Lambert International Airport and is about 120 miles from Cape Girardeau. We would recommend renting a car at the airport and driving to Cape Girardeau.

Cape Girardeau does have a small airport offering flights to and from Chicago (O'Hare) via Contour Airlines. If you are able to connect in Chicago, this may be a good option for you to fly straight into Cape!
