Question

What should I wear to the wedding?

Answer

Cocktail attire. Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outside so bring something warm (it has been cold for Southern CA!). And don't forget your dancing shoes!

I have dietary restrictions. Will I be able to eat what's on the menu?

Answer

When you submit your RSVP for the wedding, it will ask you to select a meal option. Please select your meal based on the protein (or vegetarian option) and be sure to list any dietary restrictions. The venue can accommodate any dietary restrictions as long as we know in advance.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones, but we have only allotted for Theo and children of our families. Please make arrangements in advance as we want you to take a night off and celebrate with us!

Should I rent a car if I'm flying in?

Answer

This one is up to you. Uber/Lyft is widely available at the airports and all of the events are at Shade Hotel or within walking distance. If you want to explore more of LA while you are here, then you might want to consider renting a car.

I'm not staying at Shade Hotel or one of the nearby hotels. Where do I park at the wedding?

Answer

Hosted valet parking will be available for the duration of the ceremony and reception. Please let the attendant know you are there for the wedding.

Will there by COVID-19 safety precautions taken at the wedding?

Answer

We are asking all of our guests to take a COVID test prior to the first event you plan to attend. COVID tests will be provided to guests staying at Shade Hotel. We will follow LA County's and Shade Hotel's requirements for events of our size. Masks are not required, but you are welcome to wear a mask if you feel more comfortable doing so.
