Flight

Boston Logan International Airport

Logan is conveniently located in East Boston, just a few miles across the harbor from downtown. This makes for a relatively quick journey into the city compared to airports in many other major cities. The airport has four passenger terminals: A, B, C, and E. Major domestic airlines are typically split between A, B, and C, while Terminal E serves as the primary international terminal. Be sure to check your flight information for the correct terminal, as they are separate buildings.

Train

Massachussetts Bay Transit Authority Trains

A Brief Guide to Boston's "T" Boston's subway system, known as the "T," is the best way for visitors to explore the city. It's much cheaper than taking rideshares and allows you to avoid city traffic and expensive parking. The system is old, so occasional delays can happen, and service stops around 12:30 AM. For its convenience, however, it can't be beat. Top Spots to Visit on the T: Boston Common & Freedom Trail: Take the Red or Green Line to Park Street. Faneuil Hall & The North End: Take the Green or Orange Line to Haymarket. Fenway Park: Take the Green Line to Kenmore. Harvard University: Take the Red Line to Harvard Square. New England Aquarium: Take the Blue Line to Aquarium. Pro-Tip: Use Google Maps or Apple Maps on your phone for real-time directions and train arrivals—it makes navigating the T simple.
