The easiest and closest option is Ronald Reagan National Airport (DCA). The 2nd closest option is Dulles International Airport. The 3rd option is Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI): please be aware that this airport is about an hour away from Arlington/Alexandria. All airports provide rental cars.
