Anyone who doesn’t RSVP by June 30th, will automatically be marked “not attending” and won’t have a seat or meal at the wedding. Please RSVP “no” asap if you can’t make it.
We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be accommodating those listed on your invitation and on the website when the RSVP section is enabled. Children ARE included in family invites!
Although dogs and road-trips go hand in hand, we don’t suggest it. We can’t have any dogs at the wedding, which means they’ll need to stay locked in your hotel/RV for most the day Saturday and it’ll be HOT and they will be confused! We suggest getting a dog sitter and having one less thing to worry about for the weekend! Dogs will NOT be allowed at the wedding, so please make an arrangement for them.
PLEASE DO! Our yard is completely fenced in, toddler proof, and we will have a lot of things for them to do! Parents will be able to relax and not have to worry about their kids getting into anything they shouldn’t be or wondering too far. The more kids the merrier!
There’s a Safeway, Starbucks, Walmart, Costco, Winco, Old Navy and Target nearby just in case you need to go shopping. (Among other stores!)
We do have parking in the neighborhood. However, we are planning on getting a shuttle bus to usher you to/from a parking lot nearby. Stay tuned for this information.
There’s no dress code, however we will be having a videographer for the day, so if you wanted to blend in and help us make our video more seamless, we suggest neutrals and soft colors. Khakis, regular ol jeans, black bottoms are great! Our wedding colors are green, burgundy, and gold, so you can feel free to wear these colors as well! The weather will be hot so wear something flowy and light to avoid getting too hot!
The wedding will start at 3:00. Please be seated at the ceremony by this time.
The wedding & reception will be outdoors. The weather will be hot, so dress lightly and wear SPF. The house will have A/C going if you need to escape the heat.
After the ceremony, the bridal party and immediate family members will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can head straight to the reception area, mingle, grab a table, eat and get beverages.
We will have an unplugged ceremony, meaning you can’t take photos of the ceremony, but after the ceremony is concluded feel free to take lots! Yes, we do encourage guests to post pictures to their social media, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #kegatthestegs so we can keep track of all of your pictures!
