Garden Party Formal. Think cocktail attire, but more a bit more elevated.
The ceremony will be outdoors on grass. The weather will be nice but on the warmer side.
LADIES: Elegant mini or maxi dresses in floral prints, pastel colors, or breathable mesh fabrics. A-line dresses, cocktail dresses, or dressy jumpsuits are appropriate. Block heels, wedges, or dressy sandals are crucial to avoid sinking into the grass.
GENTLEMEN: Tailored suits in light colors or soft fabrics like linen, linen-blends, or fine cotton. A crisp, light colored button up shirt with chinos and a belt for an acceptable 'casual' look. For footwear; loafers, suede shoes, or brogues.
