Where is the wedding?

The wedding will be held in Columbus, OH at the Club at Corazon!

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

Black tie optional, dancing required!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The doors will open at 3:30pm and the ceremony will start promptly at 4pm. If you can't make it to the ceremony, no worries! Just be sure to be there for cocktail hour from 5-6pm.

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

Free parking is provided at the venue. You may leave there car there overnight as we want you to be able to enjoy your night and stay safe. All cars left, must be picked up the next morning.

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Answer

You can RSVP here on our site, under the 'RSVP' tab or mail in your invite. Please have your final decision made and share with us by September 1st.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Are the ceremony and reception location wheelchair accessible?

Can I bring a date?

While we would love to celebrate with everyone, we are having a rather intimate wedding. Ours is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Will there be any vegan/vegetarian/gluten free/special diet options?

Of course, we want to ensure each guest can enjoy their dinner! Please let us know upon RSVP, so we can make further accommodations.

May I take a centerpiece/candle/flowers home as a souvenir?

Answer

Please refrain from taking any décor home, as it may have been rented from the venue.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Our ceremony will be unplugged and we will ask you to refrain from photos but highly encourage photos as soon as the bride and groom become husband and wife! We encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #keepingupwiththerickards so we can keep track of all of your pictures!
