We're eagerly anticipating your arrival for our upcoming wedding celebration in Annapolis! As you plan your journey, we want to ensure your travel is as smooth and convenient as possible. Annapolis sits perfectly between two major airports: Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI) and Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA). Whether you're flying into BWI or DCA, the best way to get to Annapolis is via Uber if you do not plan to rent a vehicle. For those staying at the Doubletree by Hilton, we're delighted to offer complimentary shuttle transportation to and from the event venue. Our shuttles will run on a curated schedule, allowing you to plan your travels with ease. Details about the shuttle schedule will be provided closer to the wedding date. If you're driving or staying elsewhere, limited parking will be available in Sherwood Forest. To ensure everyone's enjoyment, we kindly ask that you minimize personal vehicle use to reduce traffic congestion. Please note that while Uber services are accessible in Annapolis, arranging pickups from Sherwood Forest may pose some challenges due to its location. Considering the vibrant nightlife in downtown Annapolis, we highly recommend using our provided shuttle service to return to the designated hotel.
