Maid of Honor
We met each other when we both joined the equestrian team in college, and we've been each other's ride or dies since then. Sarah has seen my relationship with Chris grow from day one, and since then has become a best friend to both me and Chris. In my heart, she is part of our family forever and I am beyond grateful for her and her presence in my life. I love you, Sarah!
Bridesmaid
My Big from my sorority days! This girl has put up with me through my worst and still sticks around. She has been such a role model and inspiration for me and I am so happy she and her amazing husband Chris are in my life. Still (my) Chris's and my favorite couple to go shooting with. You can find me and Alex getting down to "Head Over Boots" on the dance floor at the reception! <3 Love you so much, big.
Bridesmaid
Liz and I met in middle school through her aunt who visited our family resort in Nicaragua. Her aunt gave me Liz's email and told me that Liz loved horses just like me, and we should definitely connect. Well, we did, and we've been best friends since that first email. We never met in person until I moved to the U.S. in 2015 for college, and since then we've seen each other as much as possible and have kept our long distance friendship strong and alive! I think of Liz more as my long lost sister and I am so blessed to have her standing by me on this amazing day.
Bridesmaid
Julia is my amazing cousin! I've known her since she was a tiny little baby, and we've both seen each other grow up into the women we are today. I lived with Julia during my first few months back in the U.S, in 2015, and chose to go to college in Lynchburg, Va to be closer to her and my extended family. I am so happy I made that decision because I have loved being able to grow so close to Julia the last few years!
Bridesmaid
Maya and I met through Lynchburg Equestrian team and bonded through all of our many hours spent on horseback throughout college. This girl has been such a close friend through so much and I am so blessed to have her as my bridesmaid. She is truly one of the most positive, loyal, and adventurous people I know and she brings so much light to my life!
Best Man
Danny was my neighbor when I first moved to Maryland. More often than not we were together when we got in trouble, but on the rare occasion we were not together he was always the first call and the first to show up.
Groomsman
Devon is one of those friends that you do not know how or why they came into your life, but you're glad they did. Now we are both living in Raleigh and laugh at how young and dumb we (I) used to be.
Groomsman
Potato and I have been friends since 8th grade when he got me into detention for falling down and saying I tripped him. I still owe him one for that. Potato is a lot like a puppy, needs training, but lovable.
Groomsman
I met sober Chris when we both worked at the OG. That is when I became drunk Chris. He is the only one I know that pukes more than I do. Much of our early friendship was spent with him trying to talk me out of making bad decisions.
Groomsman
I met Juicy when we worked together at OG. At work we were usually yelling at each other, then after work we were shotgunning beer and singing duets together. Now when we are together I just beg him to take me on his boat and we shotgun more beers.
Father of the Bride
#1 Dad and #1 Coach. Daddy, you've been my hero since day one and I couldn't have asked for a better dad. Not only have you been a coach on the softball field for me, but also in life and I truly believe you're the best one out there. You also gave me your extreme sentimentality, so I hope you've stocked up on the bourbon for the wedding, because we're both going to be a mess <3 I love you so much, you're the best ever.
Mother of the Bride
Momma <3 I could write a book about how much I love her. I am who I am today because of her and my dad and I am so grateful to both of them. With such a small family, I am so close to both my parents. My mom is my best friend in the world and I definitely couldn't do life without her. Who knew we'd be here 3 years later after having introduced Chris to my parents. I'm so lucky to have parents who have completely embraced Chris into our small family and love him almost as much as I do!
Mother of the Groom
Theresa is my mom. I have known her since I was born. I couldn't imagine a stronger, more supportive mom. We are a small family, and sometimes not as tight as we should be, but my mom has always been the glue that held us together.
