Shuttle from Hotels to the Ceremony

A shuttle will be available to transport you to and from the hotels where we have reserved blocks and the venue on the day of the wedding! There will also be parking available on-site for those who wish to drive to the venue. Please indicate if you plan to use the shuttle when you RSVP. Please find the shuttle schedule for the day of the wedding below! If you plan to attend the informal after-party at the Hotel Northampton bar, take the post-wedding shuttle to the Hotel Northampton! Fairfield Inn and Suites: Pick Up at Hotel: 3:15 PM Pick Up from Venue: 8:45 PM and 10:10 PM Hampton Inn Hadley-Amherst: Pick Up at Hotel: 3:00 PM Pick Up from Venue: 8:45 PM and 10:10 PM Note - only one of the 10:10 shuttles is going to the Hampton Inn after the wedding, so confirm with the driver that you are on the correct one. Hotel Northampton: Pick Up at Hotel: 3:00 PM Pick Up from Venue: 8:45 PM and 10:10 PM Quality Inn and Suites: Pick Up at Hotel: 3:20 PM Pick Up from Venue: 8:45 PM and 10:10 PM Note-guests at the Quality Inn will be picked up and dropped off in the Fairfield Inn parking lot due to space constraints in the Quality Inn parking lot!

Quality Inn & Suites Northampton- Amherst

We have a 22 room block reserved at the Quality Inn & Suites Northampton- Amherst, located in downtown Northampton, approximately 4.5 miles from the venue (about a 10-15 minute drive). Standard rooms with two queen beds are available. Reservations can be made by calling the hotel at 413-341-1461, and mentioning the Bombard/Lewis Wedding Room Block.

Hampton Inn Hadley-Amherst Area

We have a block of 10 rooms available through the Hampton Inn Hadley-Amherst Area. The hotel is located approximately 5 miles from the venue (a 10-15 minute drive). To reserve a room, call 1-800-445-2661 and request the Hampton Inn Hadley, Massachusetts in Group Block Code 90W, or click the link below. Rooms with either one king bed or two queen beds are available. If you are planning on traveling with a pet, this is the only hotel in our block that allows pets, although there is an associated fee. They just ask you to let them know when booking that you will have a pet with you! Please make your reservation for this hotel prior to August 23, 2024.

A block with 5 rooms is also available at the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Springfield Northampton/Amherst, located directly next to the Quality Inn & Suites in downtown Northampton. Rooms with one king bed or two queen beds are available. To book a room here, call the hotel at 413-587-9800 and ask for a room in the Bombard/Lewis Wedding room block. We have booked a 10 room block at the Hotel Northampton, located in downtown Northampton approximately 3.7 miles or a 10 minute drive from the venue. To book a room, please call the hotel directly at 413-584-3100 and ask to book in the Bombard/Lewis Wedding room block. Rooms with one king bed are available. Please book your room at this hotel by July 22, 2024.

Boston Logan International Airport

Boston's Logan airport is the largest in the area, and will have the most flight options! If you choose to fly into Boston, and rent a car, Florence, MA is approximately 2 hours away!

Bradley International Airport (Hartford, CT)

Bradley International Airport in Hartford is the second largest airport in New England, and offers flights to/from a number of locations our loved ones will be traveling from! If you choose to fly in here and rent a car, it typically takes just under an hour to drive from the airport to our venue in Florence, MA!

Albany International Airport

The Albany International Airport is located about 2 hours away from Northampton by car. It is a smaller airport than Boston or Hartford, but offers flights to and from many of the locations our guests live. If flying into this airport, it is best to rent a car and drive to Northampton from there!

Amtrak Vermonter Line

Amtrak's "Vermonter" Line stops in downtown Northampton, MA, within walking distance of our recommended hotels! The line travels between Washington, DC and St. Albans, VT, with stops including Baltimore, Wilmington, Philadelphia, New York City, Hartford, and Burlington. Unfortunately the Amtrak does not have a direct line between Boston and Northampton.

If you will be flying into Boston, or are located in Boston, the best options for getting to Northampton would be renting a car or taking the bus, available through Greyhound or Peter Pan Bus Lines.

Driving and Parking Directions for Look Park

If you choose to drive to the wedding, parking is available on-site at Look Park. The entrance to Look Park is located off of a roundabout/traffic circle. To enter, take the lane to the right, prior to the Look Park sign. If you are driving north from Northampton, it will be the third exit on your right. If you are traveling south, it will be the first exit on your right. To park in the Garden House lot, bear right at the vehicle entry booth and pull into the lot to the right.
