When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We ask that you RSVP by August 10th, 2024, so that we can ensure we have all our ducks in a row! Thank you! The RSVP tab will be available on this website once we send our official invitations.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes we are! We are registered through Zola, and you will be able to access it on this website once our official invitations are sent out. Thank you for helping us set up our new life together. We are incredibly grateful for your support in this exciting time!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony is scheduled to begin at 4 p.m., so we ask that you arrive by that time!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

For the ceremony and reception, the dress code is "Garden Party"! This means we encourage floral prints, dresses, and suits. Note: our venue is a park, so you may be walking on grass in some places. Given that, we recommend chunky heels as opposed to thinner heels that may sink into the ground!

Can I bring a date?

In order to keep our guest list on track we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Thank you for understanding! If you have questions about this, feel free to ask the couple directly.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love all of your kids, but we are only able to accommodate children of family members at our wedding. Thank you for taking the time to make the necessary arrangements in order to be there to celebrate with us, we know that is not easy! If you have any questions, feel free to ask the couple directly.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We have hotel blocks with discounted rates at four nearby hotels. There is more information about this on the "Travel" page of this website. When you book your stay, please mention the Bombard/Lewis wedding to access the discount.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony and reception are both at Look Memorial Park. There is a parking lot on-site, so you are welcome to drive if you choose to. Driving and parking directions can be found on the "Travel" page of this website.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the wedding?

Answer

Yes! We will be providing shuttles to and from the hotels to the wedding. There is more information about this on the "Travel" page of this website. When you RSVP, you will be asked to indicate whether or not you would like to be on the shuttle so we ensure we have enough seats for our guests. The shuttles will be coming at specific times (listed on that page of the site), so please be downstairs waiting so that you do not get left behind!
