Transportation to the Ceremony

Since there will be no Ubers or personal vehicles allowed at the ceremony, we kindly ask you to confirm which shuttle you plan to take. We’ll have shuttles running from each of the hotels where we have room blocks, as well as one from downtown St. Helena for those staying elsewhere. We’ve texted everyone a list showing which shuttle you’re assigned to, where it will pick you up, and which one will take you to the reception afterward. Please double-check your text for details and let us know if anything needs adjusting.
Ceremony

Our dress code is semi-formal—no tux needed! Ties are definitely the vibe but not required. For women, long or midi dresses work best. With red clay paths, a grassy ceremony area, and the chance of rain, we recommend dressing practical and making sure to stay WARM! Think wine country chic—show your personality while keeping it cozy and comfortable.
No Uber is allowed to be taken up to Spence Vineyards. Please refer to the shuttle assignment sheet to confirm your shuttle. We're super excited to have you come over before the ceremony to explore our fantastic property and discover what made us move out here. You can take your time strolling around our 10-acre property - maybe even with a splash of wine! We wanted to take this time to share one of the places that has been so important to us. We can't wait to see you there!

Be comfortable and bring a jacket!
The same buses will take you to Estate Yountville for the cocktail hour and reception. After that, you won’t leave this spot until it’s (unfortunately) time to head home—but don’t worry, the party goes until 1 a.m.! It can get chilly this time of year in wine country, so be sure to bring a sweater or jacket!
