This is a black-tie celebration. Kindly join us in dressing to the nines for a classic evening - polished, refined and celebration ready in old world elegance! Gentlemen are asked to wear black tuxedos with a bow tie or black tie. Ladies are encouraged to wear floor-length gowns or formal cocktail dress of a sophisticated fabric. As this is a black tie celebration, we kindly ask guests to refrain from jeans, boots, polo shirts, light colored apparel, sneakers, or casual dress. We are so excited to share an evening of elegance together in the historic Belvedere ballrooms!
Our wedding will be an adults-only celebration, with the exception of our sweet Blaire! While we love your little ones, we kindly ask you to please make this a date night.
While we wish we could welcome all of our loved ones, space constraints require that we limit attendance to those named on your invitation. If your invitation is addressed to you “and Guest,” a plus-one is warmly welcomed. Otherwise, we ask that you join us solo so we can honor our space limitations and maintain an intimate celebration. Kindly note that Save the Dates do not denote plus-ones; only formal invitations will specify “and Guest” or list your guest by name.
Please arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony begins to allow time for parking, finding your seat, and settling in before the ceremony starts. Guests should arrive no later than 5:15 in the Ballroom.
Both the ceremony and reception will be held indoors at The Belvedere Hotel in downtown Baltimore. Please refer to the schedule of events page for ballroom information. You’ll move seamlessly from vows to cocktails to dinner and dancing. We will also offer a coat check as November can be chilly!
Yes. Following the ceremony, the evening will include a cocktail hour with passed hors d’oeuvres, followed by a formal seated dinner and an open bar.
The Belvedere, while historic and iconic, no longer functions as a hotel and does not offer onsite accommodations. To make travel simple, we’ve arranged recommendations for nearby lodging options just minutes away. Please check out those arrangements under our travel tab.
