Unfortunately no. To create a more intimate atmosphere, we’ve chosen to make it an adults-only event. Thank you for your understanding.
Yes! We'd love to see your kids if they're easy to bring along. However, if you feel like leaving them at home, that's totally fine too. No judgement from us.
Mountain formal. For those unfamiliar with the term, per chatgpt: "Mountain formal" is a dress code that blends elements of formal or semi-formal attire with outdoor-appropriate clothing suited for a mountain or rustic setting. For Men: Dress pants Button-up shirt, possibly with a blazer or vest Tie or bowtie (optional, but recommended for a more formal look) Dress shoes, loafers, or polished boots (avoid sneakers or hiking boots unless very refined) Layers like a wool coat, sweater, or stylish outerwear for warmth For Women: Elegant dress, maxi dress, or dressy jumpsuit Dress shoes, ankle boots, block heels,or wedges (avoid stilettos due to uneven terrain) Cozy layers like a shawl, cardigan, or stylish jacket
Yes! We've chosen a lovely secluded mountainous venue that is unfortunately close to nothing. If you do not want to drive yourself, we've arranged for several shuttles to pick up and drop off guests at the Fairfield Inn and Suites Hotel in Littleton on the day of the wedding. Shuttles leaving hotel: - 3:00pm Shuttles leaving the venue: - 9:00p - 9:15p Please note: the venue is about 25 miles away from the hotel, up a windy mountain road. If you are easily nauseous, please plan accordingly. Also, fall color peeping is a popular activity this time of year in Colorado. While the shuttle time may feel very early for the ceremony start time, we've intentionally done that to accommodate any traffic that may occur on this popular road for fall colors enthusiasts.
To the welcome party - yes. To the wedding - yes, but it is unlikely you will be able to get an Uber to pick you up and take you home from the wedding. If you do decide to take an Uber to the wedding, there will be shuttles provided at the end of the night to take you back to the hotel shuttle drop off, from which you will be able to book an Uber back to your final destination.
Yes and yes! The venue allows parking over night if you decide to take the shuttle home after the celebrations have ended.
While this depends on where you are coming from, we want to remind all guests that our wedding is during peak leaf peeping times and off of Hwy-285, a very popular leaf peeping road. Please make sure you give yourself extra time to get there than you normally would so you aren't rushed/late. We'd hate for you to be stressed. If you're unfamiliar with the area, or just someone who is bad at allowing enough time for travel (you know who you are), a helpful fact to consider is that it will take at minimum about 40 -45 mins from Littleton/Morrison area to get to the venue. Our shuttle is expected to leave C470 and 285 at 3pm in order to get to the venue in time. Hope that helps you plan accordingly.
While Colorado is known for some of its looser regulations and recreational "activities" that you may be interested in partaking in, please note that they are not allowed at the venue. This includes before, during, and at the after-party. Security will ask you to leave and we would much rather celebrate with you, so please don't.
