What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive no later than 2 PM to give everyone time to find their seats.

Is there a dress code for the welcome drinks?

Answer

We understand most people will be arriving on Friday after a day of traveling thus the dress code for welcome drinks is dressy casual.

Is there a dress code for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

The dress code for the ceremony and reception is formal. Men are welcome to wear a light or dark colored suit. Woman are encouraged to wear a midi or maxi length dress or a jumpsuit. We understand it will be hot in August so please dress comfortably for the weather but keep in mind all of the wedding events are indoor.

Are kids welcome?

Although we love your little ones, we prefer to keep the weekend adults only.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

A bus will leave from Hotel Monaco to go to the ceremony at 1:40 pm. Please be in the lobby by 1:30 pm to board the bus. Another bus will leave the Grand Hyatt at 1:30 pm to head to the ceremony. Please be in the lobby by 1:20 pm to board the bus. There is only one bus leaving from each hotel. If you miss the bus, you are responsible for getting to the church. The buses will return guests to their hotel after the ceremony. Please be aware that there is no bus from the Grand Hyatt to Hotel Monaco for the reception.

Due to limited space, we kindly request only the guests listed on the invitation may attend.
