The dress code is semi-formal. We encourage you to wear that dress you always want to wear, but never have a reason to, or that suit that makes you feel like a million bucks and you wish you had more occasions to wear it! Since we are on the central coast, it tends to cool off significantly when the sun goes down. Please consider bringing a light jacket for the evening.
The weather should be mild and quite enjoyable this time of year. But since it is a coastal town it will cool off quite a bit in the evening. We recommend you grab a light jacket before you head out the door.
We love families, it is what this is all about! We welcome your children along for the ceremony and reception, or feel free to enjoy the evening as a date night for mom and dad. Just let us know in your RSVP.
We recommend you stay as close to State Street as possible- the downtown area of Santa Barbara is beautiful and walkable, with lots of shops, wineries, cafés, and restaurants. If you decide to book your own hotel or Airbnb, we recommend you do it as soon as possible, as Santa Barbara is a popular area for weddings and things book up quickly this time of year. Please see the "Travel" page for more information.
