That’s right, we are a Hinge dating app success story. We matched on the app in October 2018 and Tanner took me on our first date on Halloween to the Herkimer in uptown (since closed). Little did he know… that was a Green Bay Packer bar! So I obviously had concerns- with my first question to him asking for confirmation on cheesehead status. Fast forward through many years of falling deeply in love learning each others habits, meeting parents and siblings, travel, a pandemic, to moving in together at our first home in Osseo, MN. We continue to make our house a home in the many DIY projects we take on together. As many of you know, we love to host! We are so excited to host you for our wedding day and an evening of celebration.

Leading up to the Maid of Honor, Sarah's, wedding last May Tanner and I were fortunate enough to spend time traveling both Spain and Italy! I had been to Florence years ago and fell in love with the city & surrounding countryside of Tuscany- very much looking forward to showing Tanner my favorite spots. We woke up early, enjoyed a casual Italian breakfast, and made out way to the gardens. This garden is quite hidden- you can be walking down a street and totally miss the small door to enter, not knowing it is an entrance to one of the best places overlooking Florence! Tanner was very casual, and I unknowingly wore a white floral dress. There were very few people at the garden that morning! After a while of touring the landscape, he dropped down on one knee... and I started crying immediately. Before I let him continue, I threw my phone at a Russian tourist and screamed "Take photos!!!!!!". Safe to say she was startled, but got the job done. It was an easy, yes! We made our way to the garden cafe to order glasses of prosecco to celebrate while enjoying the views together <3
