Nashville has countless hotel options at every price point, and truly, you can’t go wrong. Nashville is also known for its wide range of Airbnbs, which can be an especially convenient choice for groups. If you need help choosing where to stay, please reach out—we’re happy to guide you! We do recommend staying within walking distance of our venue, the Country Music Hall of Fame, to make the weekend even more convenient. Our two favorite hotels nearby are the Omni Nashville Hotel, where we’ll be staying and which is connected to the Country Music Hall of Fame, and the JW Marriott Nashville, home to one of our favorite Old Fashioneds at the Cumberland Bar. We also have room blocks at the Motto by Hilton – Downtown Nashville, opening in 2026, and Caption by Hyatt – Downtown Nashville, located in The Gulch—one of our favorite neighborhoods to explore. Flight

Nashville International Airport

Nashville International Airport (BNA) is the closest airport, located less than 10 miles from downtown—so getting into the city is quick and easy. Once you land, Uber, Lyft, and taxis are all reliable options, and you absolutely do not need to rent a car. Nashville is very walkable around downtown, and most of our events will be within easy reach.
