What will the wedding day look like?

We’ll begin with a ceremony, followed by cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing. We’re so excited to celebrate together and hope you’ll join us for the full evening. We’ll also be hosting an after-party following the reception—more details can be found on the Schedule page of our website.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our wedding is cocktail attire. We encourage you to dress up and feel your best while staying comfortable. Think festive and polished—cocktail dresses, jumpsuits, or dressy separates are all welcome. Suits or dress shirts and slacks are great for men; ties are encouraged but not required. Color is absolutely welcome!

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors. Cocktail hour and the reception will be held indoors. Please plan attire accordingly and keep the weather in mind—it may be warm during the ceremony.

How do I RSVP?

Answer

Formal invitations with RSVP details will be sent closer to the wedding date. At that time, you’ll be able to RSVP through our wedding website and indicate your attendance, meal selection, and any dietary restrictions.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to space limitations, we can only accommodate the guests listed on the invitation. If a plus one has been reserved for you, it will be noted when you RSVP. If you have questions or special circumstances, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re always happy to chat.

Children are welcome to join us for the welcome event and ceremony. Our reception will be an adults-only celebration, and the after-party will be 21+. If this presents a challenge for your plans, please feel free to reach out—we’d love to connect and talk through options with you.

Yes! Please visit the Travel section of our website for hotel recommendations and helpful details for planning your trip. There are plenty of hotel and Airbnb options available in the area, including options at a variety of price points beyond our room blocks. If you have questions or need help deciding, please feel free to reach out—we’re happy to help!

Do I need to rent a car?

Answer

Renting a car is not necessary for the wedding weekend. The airport is nearby, and Uber and Lyft are easily accessible. Our welcome event, ceremony, reception, and after-party are all within walking distance of one another. A car may be helpful only if you plan to explore the area further, such as Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge/Dollywood.
