When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Ceremony will start promptly at 5:00pm. We would advise you to be at the location at least 45 minutes early to make sure you get a good parking spot, powder your nose, and take your own pictures (meet & greet).

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We ask of all guests to wear more formal wear. Examples: Suit/Tie, Dresses, Blouse/Skirt, Button Down/Khakis. We understand that we are in Florida. However, this is still a serious and special event for the couple. Temperatures tend to dip a bit at night, and since the cocktail hour and reception will be outside, you might want to bring a jacket/wrap/blanket.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We ask that you make sure to RSVP by Sunday, August 1, 2021 with selecting the option for a plus 1 (or if you are bringing children). Children: Make sure that they know to be on their best behavior during the ceremony. Let them know we will give them CAKE if they are good!!!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Short answer: Yes Please make sure to RSVP so that we can make sure we have enough food/drinks for everyone.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

You have the option to pick any hotel you would like to stay in. Consider which airport you will be arriving/departing to make it easier. We recommend choosing a place that takes you on vacation with a sense of relaxation after a long day's worth of F.U.N.!!!!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please make note on your RSVP. With permission from the caterer, we will see about posting the menu online for you to look over.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

You will need to make arrangements on how you will arrive/depart from the ceremony site. Keep in mind that the ceremony starts promptly at 5:00pm and the reception ends promptly at 9:00pm. We suggest either riding in groups in which you feel most comfortable with in regards to Covid-19 or seek following others in separate cars.

Can we bring alcohol to the venue?

Short Answer: No We will have a toast of champagne during the reception. We will not be providing any other alcohol to our guests.

Will the ceremony be taking place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

We are in FLORIDA...........Outdoors, Duh???

Can I take pictures and/or post photos of your wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes! Yes! Yes!

What time is the reception scheduled to end?

Answer

Promptly at 9:00pm.... If you are still at the venue past that time, YOU will be paying us $250 for an extra hour! Seriously!

Where is the ceremony/reception taking place?

Answer

The ceremony will be on the beach. Please meet at The Beach House Restaurant since it will be walking distance to the ceremony site. The Beach House Restaurant 200 Gulf Drive North Bradenton Beach, FL 34217

Are there other wedding events I’m invited to?

We are constructing a Welcome Event on Wednesday, September 15th. More information coming soon.

Will there be dancing/entertainment?

Answer

Um, is there a sun and moon? LOL. Of course we will have dancing. We have arranged for a DJ that will help you dance your tush off.
