Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 1 PM. Please arrive around 12:45 PM to make sure you have time to get situated and be seated. If you'd like to take pictures in city hall, come sooner!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is cocktail attire. This is a step up from semi-formal and step down from formal. Both the ceremony and reception will take place inside, but please dress accordingly for the weather! San Francisco is chillier in March, especially in the mornings and nights.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Please see our "travel" tab for more information. We have a hotel block at The Beacon Grand. This is where the welcome drinks will take place. It is also where the shuttle will pick up/drop off for the reception, but you are welcome to stay wherever you’d like!

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

We will be having a welcome party Friday night. Please refer to the "schedule" tab for more information.

Are you providing transportation?

Answer

Buses will transport everyone from the Beacon Grand to the reception and back. Please be in the hotel lobby by 4:15 pm for pick up. If you are not taking the shuttle to the reception, please arrive at the pier for boarding by 4:45 pm. We've also got an Uber voucher code (RRTBCYCRYXJ) that you can use for travel to and from the ceremony. Tip: Share rides with other guests to make the most of these vouchers!
