Jake and Jessica became best friends in the 8th grade after Jake got Jess's number from a mutual friend. As you might already know, it took them a long time to figure out the dating thing! They dated in the 9th grade for a month -- 3 of those weeks were winter break, and they didn't see each other hah. They dated again from 10th-12th grade and broke up for college to experience life on their own, and then got back together their senior year at UGA. Throughout all of the time that they were not "together", all of their friends can probably vouch for the fact that they couldn't stay apart from each other for longer than a month. They stayed in touch throughout college and eventually realized they were meant to be!
