What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin punctually at 4 o'clock in the afternoon. Please arrive no later than 15:30 and be seated by no later than 15:45. Die seremonie sal stiptelik om 4 uur in die middag begin. Ons vra dat elke een asseblief nie later as 15:30 arriveer nie en teen 15:45 hul sitplek sal in neem.

What is the attire / colour scheme / dress code?

Answer

We’d love to see our family and friends dress up with us for the occasion! We kindly ask that all our guests wear Spring Formal attire. Think: suits, dressy jumpsuits, mid-length or long dresses—and don’t forget to bring the spring colours! Check out our gallery for inspo! We kindly request that you DO NOT wear white, cream, ivory or dusty blue. Let’s celebrate in style!

Can you bring a guest / plus one?

Answer

We are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you have received a plus one- their name would appear with yours on the invitation. We thank you for understanding!

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

How and when do I RSVP?

Answer

To help us with our planning, please RSVP to the wedding as soon as possible. Please visit the "RSVP" page on our website and confirm. The deadline is 25 August 2025. We need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner. We look forward to celebrating with you!

Will there be a bar?

Answer

A cash bar will be available. Please bring cash or card to purchase drinks. Please note that bringing your own alcohol is not permitted, as the venue provides a cash bar- you will be fined.

How do I book for accommodation?

Answer

The Groom will be handling all bookings at Middel Plaas Guesthouse, on their request. Contact Ewan on WhatsApp at 0766669683.
