Can I bring a date?

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guest formally invited on your wedding invite. If you receive a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for your understanding and please feel free to reach out with any questions.

Are kids welcome?

As much as we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration. We hope this advance notice means you’re able to let your hair down and celebrate with us on the day!”

Is there a dress code?
Answer
We love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress to impress in your best formal cocktail attire. Bright summer time colors are encourage! Please void denim, dark shades of green, and white. Since our ceremony will take place on top of a mountain, we recommend avoiding high heels

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you- get ready to party! For this reason we encourage you to book a stay at the Bear Valley Lodge where the reception will follow. Please make sure you get home safely or have a great overnight stay!

What time should I arrive?
Answer
The ceremony will begin at 6 PM. Please arrive at least 25-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow time for parking and finding your seat. Our venue does require a short ride on a ski lift to reach the top of our Ceremony.

Will the wedding be inside or outside
Answer
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be an outdoors. Reception will be indoors.
