What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive at the Ceremony no later than 3:30 PM. Our ceremony start will be prompt at 4:00 PM due to the permitting required to have the beach space. The temperature in Clearwater at this time of year is normally in the low 70's, so a little extra time on the beach will be more than comfortable.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we adore your little ones, our wedding ceremony and reception will be an adult only celebration due to capacity limitations. Nursing infants are welcome!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is limited parking available at the Avalon Street Beach Access Road and the parking is metered (please bring a credit card or a change). There will be ample parking available at Island Way Grill for the reception.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be a short walk (less than 5 minutes) from the hotel to the wedding ceremony site for most of our guests. Transportation will be provided for those guests from the wedding ceremony site on Avalon Street to the reception venue (Island Way Grill) and from the reception venue (Island Way Grill) to the Fairfield Inn & Suites at the end of the night.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We want our guests to be relaxed and comfortable as the beach provides ample sun, wind, sand, and potential wetness. Polos, short or long sleeve button downs, khaki shorts or pants, sun dresses, rompers, etc. are welcome. Please, no jeans or t-shirts. Shoes are recommended over flip flops or sandals for the reception if you plan to boogie on the dance floor.
