Wedding Shuttle

Whether you're staying at the wedding hotels or are local, we encourage you to take the complementary wedding shuttle! The shuttle will depart Hotel Vandivort at 5:15pm and University Plaza Hotel at 5:30pm, arriving at Harvest before our 6:00pm ceremony. Masks must be worn on the shuttle. Disposable masks will be provided. Once the party has started, return shuttles will run every hour until 11:00pm.

Stay within walking distance of the Friday Happy Hour! Hotel Vanidvort is an exceptional boutique hotel in the heart of downtown Springfield. For guests flying into Springfield-Branson Airport, Hotel V offers a free airport shuttle. The wedding shuttle will also depart from Hotel Vandivort at 5:15pm.

Airport Information
If you're traveling from out of state, consider flights into the Springfield-Branson Airport. St. Louis and Kansas City have direct flights from just about anywhere, but both of these airports are a three hour drive to Springfield. Check out Allegiant Airlines as a potential option!
