What precautions are you taking for COVID-19 safety?

Answer

For the safety of our guests, we've moved the wedding to an outdoor venue. If you'd like to take the shuttle to and from the wedding, masks must be worn and will be provided. While we are not requiring vaccinations, we encourage those eligible to do so! Still need to get vaccinated? More information is available at Vaccines.gov. Please reach out to us via email (KnauerBoeckman@gmail.com) with any questions.

What's The Venue?

Answer

The ceremony and the reception will both be held outdoors at Harvest Restaurant, just outside of Springfield. Harvest is a farm-to-table restaurant located next to a beautiful apple orchard!

What's The Dress Code?

Answer

We're not breaking the mold here. We're aiming for "cocktail attire". That means suits, dresses, jumpsuits, etc. Whatever you choose, please dress for the weather as we'll be outdoors unless rain forces us under a tent. For footwear, please note that the event will be held in a grassy orchard.

Is There Parking At The Venue?

A complementary valet will be provided for guests driving themselves to Harvest. Guests interested in taking the shuttle, you can board at Hotel Vandivort or University Plaza. Please see the shuttle page for more information.

Springfield? Is That Near St. Louis or Kansas City?

Answer

Neither! Springfield (aka The Queen City of the Ozarks) is located in southwest Missouri. It is roughly 3 hours from St. Louis and Kansas City. If you are traveling via plane, we suggest flying directly to the Springfield-Branson Airport. You can fly into Kansas City or St. Louis, but plan for a 3 hour drive to get to Springfield!

When Should I RSVP?

Please RSVP here on our website after you receive your formal invitation. RSVPs are requested by August 15th. However, if you already know that you won't be able to attend, please give us a heads up! You can e-mail us at knauerboeckman@gmail.com

Is There A Designated Hotel?

Answer

The "Travel" page has more information on this topic, but we think it'd be great if people try to stay close to downtown! That way you're close to all the action. Hotel Vandivort and University Plaza are great options.
