FAQs

Question

Where are we staying?

Answer

Eric and Kaylie have organized accommodations for all attending. You can find a link to your rental on the "Travel" tab.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes – the dress code is black tie optional. This means formal attire is encouraged, but not required. Guests are welcome to wear a tuxedo or a formal evening gown, but a dark suit and tie or a cocktail dress is perfectly appropriate too. We want everyone to feel comfortable while still keeping the evening elegant! This same dress code also applies to dinner in the evening. Please either wear your attire from the ceremony or something similar.

Question

Are you going to make us hike a mountain to get to your ceremony?

Answer

Fear not, you will not have do any strenuous hiking to get to our ceremony - maybe just a wee bit of walking. We've selected Artist Point and Huntoon Point because they are more accessible locations. Artist Point: https://www.alltrails.com/trail/us/washington/heather-meadows-and-artists-point-trail Huntoon Point: https://www.alltrails.com/trail/us/washington/huntoon-point-via-artist-ridge-trail To get a sense of where we're going to be, here is a link to an Artist Point elopement: https://www.henry-tieu.com/family-elopement-at-artist-point-with-the-most-magical-light/

Question

Answer

Yes, there is a large parking lot at Artist Point. There is a $5 fee/vehicle to park at this lot which Eric and Kaylie will manage.
