For those planning to travel with Eric and Kaylie to Glacier, we will leave Seattle between 2-3pm. Note, it takes ~2 hours to get to Glacier without traffic so we're leaving earlier to avoid the post-work rush.
9:00 am
Thursday we will be settling in, setting up decor, and welcoming the rest of our guests to Glacier. There is no set agenda so feel free to explore the area! We will plan to prepare dinner together at the Woodlands in the evening.
9:00 am - 10:15 am
Our ceremony will begin at 9:30am so please give yourself time to arrive before then. Eric and Kaylie will meet you in the parking lot and walk over to the ceremony location with you. The ceremony itself will only be 10-15mins, but we will do family/friends portraits in the area afterwards so please don't go anywhere!
11:00 am - 1:00 pm
After our time at Artist Point, we will all travel back to the Woodlands where we will have a catered brunch and champagne toast!
6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Before dinner, please arrive at the Woodlands between 6/6:15pm for drinks and appetizers.

The last event of the day will be a catered dinner. Please wear your attire from the ceremony, or something similar, to dinner. Our photographer will be there and we'd like everyone to look sharp!
