Each room accommodates: 1–3 adults and 0–2 children. Our room block pricing is based on double occupancy, but we’re happy to celebrate with extra adults or kiddos in the room! If you plan to add guests or extend your stay before or after the group dates, simply include all details on your Traveler Information Form. Our Wedding Travel Agent will confirm availability and any additional costs with you directly. Flight
Flights & Airport Information
All guests will fly into Cancún International Airport (CUN). Distance to Dreams Playa Mujeres Resort: 22–25 miles (35–40 km) from the airport Private transfer: 40–50 minutes (direct, fastest option) *FLIGHT DETAILS* For anyone who may have booked airfare outside of Vacation Express, we will need flight times in order for transfers to be programmed correctly. The Flight Details should be sent to groupflights@vacationexpress.com at least 45 days prior but no later than 15 days prior to the first scheduled arrival date for your group. If Flight Details are not received by 15 days prior to arrival, transfers will be removed from the reservation and cannot be rebooked. Vacation Express cannot be responsible for any inaccurate or missing flight information which may affect the client arrival and/or departure pick-up time in destination. Any changes to the flight itinerary received within 48 hours of departure will result in an additional transfer fee. Note that it is important to provide only the flight segments into and out of the destination. Connecting flights are not necessary, as they do not impact transfers.

Airport Transfers
Round-trip shared airport/hotel transfers from Cancún International Airport (CUN) are available at an additional cost and provided by NEXUS. Transfers will be setup when your room is booked. Transfers included in our package apply for drop-off and pick-up to and from the contracted hotel. Additional charges may apply for any single traveler arriving separately from the group. Private group transfer services are also available at an additional cost.
