Please complete our Traveler Information Form for each guest in your reservation. Navigate to Travel → Accommodations, then click the “View” button to access the form and submit your details. Should you have any questions or specific requests, please contact RoseAnne directly.

Why do I need to book through the wedding travel agent?

It’s important that all guests book through our wedding travel agent so everyone can take advantage of our group rate, which offers the best pricing and ensures you’re included in our required room block. She can also assist with flights and airport transfers to ensure a smooth, timely arrival.

Can I book directly with the hotel or online?

We kindly ask that you do not book through the resort or any third-party website. Those reservations will not count toward our room block and may not include our group rate or wedding benefits.

Guests should fly into Cancun International Airport (CUN). RoseAnne can help coordinate your transfers from the airport to Dreams Playa Mujeres.

Do I need a passport?

Yes. A valid passport is required for travel to Mexico. Please ensure your passport will be valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel dates.

What is the dress code for the ceremony and reception?

Beach Formal – elegant, elevated attire that’s comfortable for a beach setting. For example: flowy dresses, dressy jumpsuits, lightweight suits, or dress shirts with slacks. Comfortable shoes suitable for sand are recommended.
