Question

When is RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP by Septmeber 1st, 2022

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Traffic is not high in this area. Guests may arrive at 4:15 at the earliest, but please arrive no later than 4:55pm sharp for the start of the ceremony at 5pm

Question

Where should I park?

Answer

There is a parking lot in front of the venue. Please be mindful that all guests will be parking in this lot and to be mindful of space.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Yes, however, we ask that all plus ones be verified with the bride and groom before showing up. We don't mind additional people but because of capacity and tables, we must know so we can accommodate. If you do not inform us, there will not be a seat or food for the additional guest.

Question

Are children welcome?

Answer

YES! Our venue is incredible and has it's own space for children to play and hang out whether that be during the ceremony or reception. There will be an adult present in this room whenever it needs to be used.

Question

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony is outdoors and the reception will be mainly indoors with outdoor access.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

We would love to see our friends and family get dressed up with us! We are requesting a semi-formal dress code for our evening. This means cocktail, semi formal or formal dresses. Jeans are acceptable when worn with a button up or semi formal clothing. Please do not wear white, t-shirts or shorts.

Question

Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This just means that we kindly ask that all phones and devices be put away and on silent/turned off during the ceremony. We have hired a professional photographer to capture some of the most important moments and we'd hate to have a well-meaning person's phone/device blocking that moment for us. After the ceremony feel free to take as many pictures as you want! Our venue also has a dedicated picture room for you and your friends/family/etc.

Question

Are there any covid policies in place for the event?

Answer

No, however, we do ask if you are experiencing symptoms of covid or any sickness at all to please wear a mask or stay home. We would love for you to join us for our day but we would love to have everyone stay healthy more.

For all the days along the way
