We met at Popeyes after having MANY conversations through Snapchat. We sat and talked about all the important things like crazy high school stories, religion, families, and of course Drew's aspiring rap career... Yes, he told Kaylea about his Christmas album on our first date. We don't know what Kaylea was thinking but it was definitely an undeniable connection.

We have an interesting story for this one. Drew had originally planned to propose to Kaylea on her 24th Birthday, after a romantic night. First thing to know, Kaylea is extremely impatient. She kept asking question after question about her present. Drew kept making up lies that were obviously not making any sense and finally caved. He told Kaylea to close her eyes. He sat in front of her (still hiding the ring). Kaylea opened her eyes and looked so confused. He said how much he loved her and plopped the box in front of her. Kaylea immediately burst into tears. She kept asking "Are you Joking" and "Are you sure". After a few minutes of crying, Drew took the wrong hand and of course Kaylea quickly corrected him. He slid the ring on her finger and we felt so extremely happy and blessed.
