Semi-formal, or cocktail attire is encouraged. Also, despite the wedding taking place Halloween weekend (and don't get us wrong, we absolutely love the holiday!!) please do not wear a Halloween costume to our wedding. Unless your outfit choice can easily be mistaken for a wedding outfit as well, we ask to use your best judgement. This is a wedding, not an expensive Halloween party LOL
The chapel will be indoors but the reception and cocktail hour will be outside with covering from sun and rain. Please note that there is no covering between the chapel and the other areas (30-second walk at most) so just be prepared
For those who don't know, hurricane season in Florida is from June 1st through November 30th. We are at the tail-end of the season and do not expect any major storms, but that does not mean we cannot be prepared. Florida weather is very unpredictable, and we can have temperatures range from 60 to 90 degrees Fahrenheit that time of year. We suggest checking the weather one week prior to travel for heat and rain advisory, especially if you want to visit the beach. When it rains it is HEAVY so be prepared.
There are 50 parking spaces but we recommend using uber or carpooling if you are staying at accommodation nearby, especially if you plan on drinking during the reception. We want our guests to be safe
Yes, guests with children will have invitations extended to them. Weather permitting, we will have activities fun for all ages if your young ones don't feel like dancing, or want something to do during cocktail hour
Unless your invitation names your plus one or says you can bring a guest, then you cannot bring a plus one at this time
