Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes. While there is ample parking onsite at the venue, we recommend carpooling when possible.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We will not be providing a shuttle service to and from the venue.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 3:45 pm so you have time to park, use the restroom, grab a beverage, and walk up the hill to the ceremony site before 4:30.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, please dress in formal or semi-formal attire, wearing whatever makes you feel most fabulous. We recommend wearing comfortable footwear as the ceremony will be held outdoors, as will our cocktail hour. Please bring warm layers for later in the evening as it can get chilly in the evenings in Elk. Ladies, we recommend block heels or flats.

May I bring my dog?

Unfortunately, no. Our venue has a strict no pet policy.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

We will be hosting a Welcome Gathering on Friday September 19th, the evening before the ceremony at the Cuffey's Cove ranch house (the same property where our wedding and reception will take place). Please join us from 7pm-10pm for beer, wine, and lite bites.
