Bonfire at Greenwood State Beach

7:00 pm - 9:30 pm

Casual attire. Please dress warmly with layers and comfortable walking shoes.

This is an optional event for any guests arriving early for our wedding weekend. We will be hosting a beach bonfire at Greenwood State Beach to kick off our wedding weekend. Please meet us in the parking lot at 7pm so we can all walk down to the beach together. Please make sure to dress comfortably and warmly. There is a quarter mile hike downhill along the bluffs to get to the sand. Please BYOB, camp chairs, beach blankets, and instruments if you have them.

Welcome Gathering

7:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Dressy casual attire. Please bring layers and dress warmly as we will be indoors and outdoors.

We will be hosting a welcome gathering the evening before our wedding day with light bites, beer, and wine. The Welcome Gathering will be hosted at the Ranch House on the same property as our wedding. Please follow the parking signs upon arrival.

Wedding Ceremony and Reception

4:30 pm - 11:00 pm

Come wearing whatever makes you feel FABULOUS. We will be wearing formal attire for the ceremony. Formal and cocktail attire welcome, as is semi-formal. Please bring warmer layers for later in the evening as it can get cool. Please wear comfortable footwear as the ceremony and part of the reception will be held outside on uneven terrain. Ladies, we recommend block heels or flats.

PLEASE PLAN TO ARRIVE NO LATER THAN 3:45. This will give you enough time to park, use the restroom, and grab a beverage before it is time for the short uphill walk to the ceremony site. We will have a shuttle vehicle available to folks who need assistance getting to the top of the hill where the ceremony will take place.
