FAQs

If you have any other questions than the ones listed, please reach out to either Tyler or Kayla.
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by November 1st, 2025. If we don’t receive your response by that date, you will be marked as "not attending". We would love celebrating with you, however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVP's. Therefore, there will be no seating, food, or beverage accommodations for you.

Question

What should I do if I cannot make it?

Answer

You will definitely be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate "will not attend" on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd "attending", but find that you will not make it, please notify Tyler or Kayla as soon as you are aware.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception as adults-only event with the exception of immediate family and those in the wedding party. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our friends and family dress up with us, so we are requesting that all guests wear formal attire! Ladies can wear floor-length, tea-length, or formal midi-dresses. Gentleman can wear a suit and tie. We’d also love for everyone to embrace the winter color scheme by choosing darker, richer hues such as black, navy, and charcoal, or deeper jewel tones such as emerald and burgundy. No jeans please! Please be aware that weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outdoors... please dress accordingly as it will likely be chilly in December.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin punctually at 4 o'clock in the evening. Ceremony doors will not open until 3:30, however the bar at the cafe will be open for guests who choose to arrive early. Please arrive no later than 3:50.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

A shuttle will be provided to and from the venue for guests staying at the Homewood Suites and Hampton Inn, which are located on the same property. Additional information will be provided at hotel check-in.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Complimentary parking will be available on-site at the venue. Please note that vehicles may not be left overnight.

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request that all phones and cameras be put away during the ceremony. We are choosing to have an unplugged ceremony so that everyone can be fully present with us. Our wonderful professional photographer and content creator will capture every special moment, and we will be sure to share those memories with you afterwards. After the ceremony, please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like.
