The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Ladies should wear formal full length or cocktail dresses, and the gentlemen should wear a suit and tie or a sports coat.
Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outdoors and likely to be in direct sun. The reception will be held in a 19th century barn equipped with large fans, but no central heating or air conditioning. Please prepare (and wear SPF) accordingly.
Free parking for 70 vehicles is available on site. Due to limited available space, please arrange to carpool from the hotel to the venue if possible. We do not anticipate much availability on Uber/Lyft given the rural location. Most importantly, please do not drink and drive.
We have a strict guest list to stay within our venue's capacity and on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only and therefore we will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.
Weather in this area is notoriously unpredictable, but likely to be warm and fingers crossed for sunshine. If you have significant sensitivity to heat, we recommend bringing a handheld fan or parasol. Temperatures will likely cool down in the evening, so a coat or shawl is recommended.
Please RSVP no later than May 1, 2023.
Yes. Hor d'oeuvres, dinner, dessert, and drinks (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) will be served. Please make sure to indicate any dietary restrictions, including vegetarian, when you RSVP.
