Welcome Event
4:30 pm - 7:00 pm
Check in at the Airbnb will begin at 4:30. You will be shown your room, facilities around the property, and be given some time to settle in. There are multiple kitchens on the property- feel free to bring your own food. The meals that will be provided will be listed on this page. Brats and burgers will be served for dinner that night at 6pm.

Brunch
10:00 am
Brunch (breakfast casseroles) will be provided for guests. This will be the only meal provided until after the ceremony.
Ceremony
3:00 pm
Attire is dressy casual
The time of our ceremony is weather dependent and may change. We will communicate the new schedule if necessary.
Reception
5:30 pm
Charcuterie boards will be provided following the ceremony. We will be serving huckleberry steak, grilled vegetables, and twice baked potatoes for dinner.

Free day
7:00 am
This day is open for you to explore the area. You are welcome to explore Glacier National Park, the town of Whitefish, or stay at the property. We have provided ideas in the “things to do” tab.
