Question

Ask away!

Answer

If you have any other questions that are not listed here, please feel free to reach out to our Wedding Planner; Denise Beridon at (515) 770-2339

Question

What if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

If you do not RSVP by JUNE 8TH, you will be marked as "Not Attending". We would love celebrating with you, however, we need to provide our vendors and venue an exact guest list count by a certain date. We will make sure to send out reminders, as well as send out invitations early, so please be sure to RSVP at your earliest convenience.

Question

Can I bring a +1?

Answer

Due to limited capacity in the ceremony space, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited. If you received a plus one, it will be addressed on your virtual RSVP. If you do not see a plus one on your virtual RSVP link, as people start to graciously accept or politely decline & we get a clearer headcount, we will be able to reach out to let you know if we're able to make room for a +1. Thank you for understanding!

Question

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be dearly missed!! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible by responding to our RSVP with "Will Not Attend", so we can plan accordingly.

Question

What if I can't find my name in the Rsvp?

Answer

If you can't locate your name or others in your party, please try to look for your name by typing in your last name. If after that you are still unsuccessful - please don't hesitate to reach out to Sean or Kayla and let them know so they can get that sorted out for you!

Question

What if I already RSVP'd 'Will Attend' but can no longer attend?

Answer

We completely understand that life throws unexpected curveballs sometimes so if for any reason you have to rescind your RSVP, we kindly ask to not no call no show. Instead, please contact the Bride & Groom ASAP so that we may make the proper adjustments with our Event Coordinators.

Question

Is this a kid friendly wedding?

Answer

We love and adore your little ones, however, we have decided to keep our ceremony and reception an ADULTS-ONLY event with the exception of immediate family & wedding party. We encourage you to use this night as a fun date night! We appreciate you making prior arrangements so you can celebrate with us.

Question

Where should I stay for the wedding weekend?

Answer

We thank you wholeheartedly for traveling to celebrate with us! Please check out the 'Travel' tab on this website for all lodging and travel related recommendations.

Question

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We are having an "Unplugged" Ceremony, which means NO PHONES or CAMERAS in use until the cocktail hour and reception. The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do"! We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. Before and after the ceremony, please feel free to take as many photos/videos as you'd like!

Question

Can I upload photos to social media?

Answer

We would kindly ask that no pictures are uploaded onto Social Medias before we get a chance to make our first announcement as husband and wife.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! We are requesting a Formal Dress Code for the day of the wedding. Tuxes, Gowns, Suits, and Cocktail Dresses encouraged! Please no jeans or sneakers.

Question

Are there any colors I should avoid wearing?

Answer

Ladies, we kindly ask that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the Bride: Whites, Ivories, and Creams.

Question

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

***Prepare ahead for RUSH HOUR TRAFFIC*** The ceremony is beginning at 4:30pm. If you arrive after the ceremony has started, you will not be able to be seated & will have to wait until the end of the ceremony to enter.

Question

What is the parking situation?

Answer

We recommend parking at the Gaylord Springs Golf Course where there will be shuttle buses provided to transport guests to the Gaylord Opryland Hotel for the ceremony. The buses will be provided from 3-4pm as well as after the ceremony. If you are unable to park at the Golf Course, there is a parking lot at the Gaylord Opryland Hotel that charges a $35 fee to park and/or valet.

Question

Are the ceremony and reception in the same place?

Answer

The ceremony will be taking place in The Gaylord Opryland Hotel located in the Delta Pavilion. There will be a mass text message sent out leading up to the wedding weekend with directions on how to arrive to the ceremony. The reception will be taking place 8 minutes (haha there's another 8) up the road at The Gaylord Springs Golf Course. If you are coming from out of town and do not have a rental vehicle - prepare to carpooling with a family member or utilize a ride share app such as Uber or Lyft.

Question

Are the venues indoor or outdoor?

Answer

Ceremony: The Gaylord Hotel's Delta Pavilion is located indoors. Reception: The Gaylord Springs Upper Clubhouse is located indoors on the second floor. ***There is Handicap Accessibility***

Question

Will there be any vegan/vegetarian/gluten free/food allergy options?

Answer

We understand that some of our loved ones have dietary restrictions and we want to make sure they get to enjoy good food on our special day! With that in mind we have worked with the Gaylord Chefs to coordinate with our team to ensure there will be food options for everyone to enjoy!

For all the days along the way
