Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive no later than 4:45pm. Doors open at 4:30pm. Our ceremony will start promptly at 5pm.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we (clearly!) love little ones, we're trading juice boxes for cocktails. Our wedding will be adults only, with the only exception being our wedding party (who will be leaving promptly by 7pm so we can enjoy ourselves too!)

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There's plenty of parking at Birch Wood Vineyard.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes- there will be a bus leaving the Holiday Inn at 4:20pm (if staying at La Quinta, it's directly across the street so you can easily access the shuttle). There will be two return trips to the hotel at the end of the night: one at 10pm and one at 10:30pm.
