We are so excited for you to visit our favorite place—the Blue Ridge Mountains! Whether you decide to stay in one of our hotel blocks in Lynchburg or at an Airbnb nestled in the mountains, we know you'll come to love the charm of central Virginia. Below you can find links to our hotel blocks as well as an Airbnb wishlist that I've compiled of places close to our venue. If you choose to find an Airbnb or VRBO on your own, we would suggest the areas of Lovingston, Amhert, Lynchburg, Roseland, and Madison Heights. As you are searching you will likely discover a ton of rentals at Wintergreen Resort. There are some great options there, but please be aware that you will have to drive over the mountain range to get to the venue and that might not be much fun after a night of dancing! Also, keep in mind the added travel time since most Wintergreen houses are another 20 mins from the base of the resort.

Directions to Pharsalia from Lynchburg

FROM LYNCHBURG AND POINTS SOUTH Take Route 29 North, turning left onto Route 151/Patrick Henry Hwy. Go approximately 10 miles, turning left onto Route 56 West (Crabtree Falls Highway) towards Massie's Mill. Go 4 miles (NOT 2 miles) and proceed to the second Pharsalia Road sign (Route 680) just after crossing a bridge over the Tye River and turn left. Go 2 miles to Pharsalia on the right. Please note to take the second Pharsalia Road sign!
