Matron of Honor
Kayla and Jackie were supposed to get married, but both of them fell in love with Marks which screwed it all up. Jackie is graduating from Kayla's roomie, jack-a-lope, cracky Jackie... to Matron of Honor. If you see Kayla and Jackie together at the wedding, they will most likely be laughing or talking in a Borat voice.
Maid of Honor
Jenny is one of the kindest, bravest, funniest souls on this planet. She is the Kristen Wiig in Kayla's life. They may or may not grab the mic and start singing karaoke at the reception. If you need her, you can always call her on her Buzz Lightyear phone.
Groomsman
Jacques was one of the first people that I met in college at Old Dominion. Over the years, Jacques has maintained a steadfast relationship with me always reaching out and seeing how I am doing. He is unfortunately a Steelers fan, but even that doesn't diminish our friendship and don't hold that against him! Seriously though, Jacques has always been a voice of reason and support for me through thick and thin. I know he always wants the best for me and that no matter where the years take us, he is always a source of constant love.
Groomsman
J.T. was Mark's roommate all 4 years of college. One of the first things you need to know about J.T. is that he always puts others ahead of himself. He beat me to our college dorm room on the first day of college and decided to take the desk facing a brick wall instead of the one in front of the window with one of the best sunset views I have ever seen. I think that about sums up J.T. for you. We had numerous college adventures and my life wouldn't be nearly as fulfilled if it weren't for J.T's unique sense of humor. At some point during the wedding ceremony you should ask J.T. about the Chipmunk song "International Harvester"
Bridesmaid
Mama Jules! This little lady got Kayla home safe every weekend in Penn State, kept the apartment spotless, and was the best roommate in the whole darn world! Need a good story about Kayla- this girl will have it. Living together for 4 years definitely makes for a lot of love, laughs and ridiculous stories.
Bridesmaid
Katie is not only Kayla's "big sister," but she is a big part of Kayla's life! Kayla used to cry whenever Katie had to leave a PSU party (and still sometimes cries when Katie has to leave her) If Hannah Montana comes on the playlist... it may have been Katie's request.

Bruce and I met during Run-bike-Run group workouts as a part of the Mid-Maryland Triathlon Club. As we got to know each other, we learned that we lived within a mile of each other and started seeing and supporting each other while training. That support continued to grow as we raced together with the pinacle of it being Ironman Lake Placid in 2014. Bruce and his Wife(Meg), are some of the best people that I know. Our lives intersect in so many ways and we are always laughing at each other's goofiness. They were there for me through some tough times and have been a constant source of positivity in my life. Bruce, I promise to always check my bike shorts for holes before group rides from now on!

Mike and myself have been brought together by similar circumstances. He and I shared basically every class together at Old Dominion being as we were two of only 3 or 4 people in our graduating class who completed both the Computer and Electrical Engineering Undergraduate track (yes, nerds). However, I think what really solidified our friendship was our unwavering support of Old Dominion sports. We never missed basketball or football games and were both part of the Monarch Maniacs spirit group. I have maintained a constant relationship with Mike either talking about work, life, or sports and every time I hear from Mike I know that it will be a highlight of my day.
Bridesmaid
Catherine brings out the silly in Kayla (even more so than usual!) Whether its running together, practicing yoga or just hanging with some wine, they are probably laughing together. If you have any bubbly wine, you can pour Catherine a glass (or 2, or 3..) Don't eat cookies made by Catherine and Kayla though, they probably aren't baked all the way through.
Bridesmaid
Kayla and Emily LOVE sharing their love story; they met on St Patty's day, Kayla was wearing a tutu and Emily KNEW Kayla was also an East Coast girl. Emily knew all of Kayla's favorite bar songs, and she didn't screw up "500 miles" by singing the "DUH DUH DUH!" too early. Their love of Gossip Girl, Harry Potter, fitness and food created the everlasting bond. She will be on the dance floor the whole night, and she may scream a Paramore song or two.
Groomsman
Kris is my younger brother and the middle child of the family. Our relationship growing up was always competitive whether that be wiffle ball home run derby's in the back yard(which he won), knock out basketball games(which I won), or trying to beat each other's high score on Tony Hawk Pro Skater. Growing older, Kris and I haven't been nearly as competitive, but more supportive. I know that if I ever need anything, I can reach out to Kris and his wife Kristen and they would be there in a heartbeat. I look forward to the future years and seeing where our relationships develop (hopefully some trips to Orlando--- cough *Universal Studios* cough).
Groomsman
Andrew is my youngest brother. His and my relationship has also been competitive, but seeing as I am the older brother, I always outsized him. I don't know what caused him to think that he could take me on, but we used to challenge each other to sumo wrestling. He would run at me with a pillow and I would "ole" him into a sofa and then jump on top of him. He and I always had fun and as we get older I look at Andrew as an equal than a younger brother. He inspires me to try harder in my endeavors and always reaches out with words of support as Kayla and I tackle running or triathlon races. That support and love from Andrew and his wife Christine is invaluable to me.
Bridesmaid
Kayla met Abbie through an LA fitness group, and Abbie became that friend that could stop by at any minute of any day. When she moved a few blocks away in Santa Monica, the random meetups were some of Kayla's favorite days, whether they go on a bike ride, eat some weird food or just chat in Kayla's tiny studio apartment floor. If there is a Kpop song, Abbie will definitely be out there dancing to it.
Bridesmaid
Kayla had an extra ticket to see Harry Potter at the Hollywood Bowl, and went with a random girl from a random fitness group on Facebook. This girl was Caroline. From the moment they met, they were crying of laughter. Caroline is that friend that is always down; taking stupid pictures at an Annapolis winery, cheering from the sidelines at Kayla's first half marathon, going to vegan food festivals(even though neither girls are vegan), and going to Universal Studios a million times.
Groomswoman
Ryan is Kayla's brother and any "cool" traits that Kayla has is thanks to Ryan. From the moment "Taya" was born, she wanted to be just like her older brother. They spent their childhoods playing bloody mary and board games and now their adult lives playing beer pong and beer ball. Don't challenge Ryan to any games, you will definitely lose.
Bridesmaid
Kayla and Kendall met at work and on one infamous girls trip to Philly, the two became a part of legendary band "The Llama Girls" that were the opening act for Elton John (or Billy Joel, Kayla is a little fuzzy on the specifics of that trip.) Kendall is one of the sweetest, coolest, funnest girls Kayla has ever met, and can definitely kick Kayla's dad's ass.
