FAQs

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive anywhere between 3:30pm-3:45pm. The ceremony will start promptly at 4pm.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We are only allowing our sibling's children as well as the flower girl and ring bearer. Leave the kiddos at home and prepare to party!

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! The bride is gluten-free so most of the food will be gluten-free (and marked.) Any other allergies, PLEASE include in your RSVP.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire, however, please wear comfortable shoes to enjoy the stables (and all the dancing!) Heels may be hard to walk in as there are a lot of grassy areas.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is plenty of parking at the ceremony/reception space (both are the same location.) If you plan on drinking, the venue is 4 miles away from the hotel ($10 Uber!)

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes - there will be a shuttle to get everyone to and from the hotel safely. Shuttles will run from 3-3:30, and will leave the reception starting at 9pm.
