Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We'd love for you to join us dressed in fall formal attire to celebrate our special day! For our wedding, fall formal means elevated and elegant, with rich, jewel tones to match the season. Here are some ideas to help inspire outfit options: For Women: Floor length gowns or midi dresses in beautiful jewel tones. Our wedding colors include burgundy, blush, olive and black so feel free to use those to inspire dress choices as well. We kindly ask that you refrain from wearing white or ivory dresses. The ceremony and part of the reception will be outdoors so add a shawl, jacket or wrap if it cools down. For Men: Dark suits paired with a tie or bow tie. Tuxedos are acceptable but not required. Feel free to add a pocket square or seasonal tie for a little extra style!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 5:00 pm. We suggest arriving by 4:30 pm to ensure a smooth arrival.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We're keeping our wedding an intimate gathering and can only accommodate the names listed on your invitation. We truly appreciate your understanding as we keep our guest list close, and we're so looking forward to celebrating together with you!

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

We hope you understand that, while we love your little ones, we've chosen to keep our wedding an adult-focused celebration. To keep things intimate, we can only accommodate the names listed on your invitation. We so appreciate your understanding and can't wait to celebrate together!

Can I take photos during the ceremony.

Answer

We have chosen to have an unplugged ceremony. Please refrain from using your cellphone until after the ceremony has concluded. We've hired a professional photographer and videographer that will capture all special moments from the day.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Our venue has a parking lot that is free for guests to use during the event.

Question

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors, outdoors or both?

Answer

We have a beautiful venue that has multiple indoor and outdoor spaces for us to use throughout the event. The ceremony will be outdoors, weather permitting. Dinner will be indoors. The cocktail hour and post-dinner dancing will be a blend of indoor and outdoor given the layout of the venue.

Will there be an open bar or should I prepare to bring cash?

Answer

There will be an open bar for the celebration! You may bring cash if you wish to tip the bartenders, however it is not necessary.

I'm thinking of wearing stilettos, will we be in grass frequently?

Answer

The wonderful thing about our venue is that majority of outdoor spaces are paved, including the outdoor seating area for the ceremony. Feel free to wear any shoe style!

Should I bring my gift or do you prefer I send it to your home directly?

Answer

We thank you so much for your generous gift to help jumpstart our new chapter together. Gifts can be sent directly to our home using the information in the registry. We will have a card box at the wedding if you'd like to bring a card as well.

Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?

Answer

We're excited to host a buffet-style dinner, with options that we hope will accommodate most dietary preferences. If you have specific allergies, please use your discretion. We will do our best to offer a variety of choices.
