Do we go straight to The Lace Factory or the Essex Train Station?

Answer

Parking is extremely limited at The Lace Factory. You should go to the Essex Train Station, park, and enjoy a ride on the steam train to our venue. *Only handicapped parking will be available at the Lace Factory.

Do we need to get COVID tested before attending the wedding?

Answer

Anyone flying in from out of state is required by the state of Connecticut to get tested 72 hours prior to their departure to CT in order to avoid quarantining. With regulations constantly changing, we recommend all out of state guests familiarize themselves with the state of Connecticut COVID-19 guidelines. https://portal.ct.gov/coronavirus We do recommend all guests get tested before attending our wedding. Everyone’s health and safety is our top priority.

What time should we arrive at the Essex Train Station?

Answer

Boarding will begin at 3:15pm and the train will depart to our venue promptly at 3:30pm.

Question

How will we get back to our cars at the Essex Train Station after the reception?

Answer

The Essex Train will pick up all guests at 10pm and bring them back to the Essex train Station.

Is there parking available at The Lace Factory?

Answer

Parking is extremely limited at The Lace Factory. Only handicapped parking please. Everyone should plan to take the Essex Train.

The wedding ceremony begins at 4:30pm, what time does the reception begin?

Answer

The reception will begin immediately following the ceremony. Our entire wedding event will be celebrated at The Lace Factory.
